Any better information explaining exactly what this means anywhere "mosquitto[375]: Client R-AP.74:3E:2B:1F:46:40 already connected, closing old connection"?

Well, there's nothing more than 1 line at a time like this. And it's AP's not normal client that are refereed to. So, I just wanted to know what is the AP doing when it is connected already and gets the connection closed. I'm assuming they talk to/with the VSZ. I'm not searching solutions to an error as things are working. It's just curiosity.
