Ruckus R510 Access Point, no Power, ran out of Battery?

Note: this is a Lennar Home setup.

One of my Ruckus Unleashed Access Point is dead, no lights no power. I was able to take it off the ceiling mount, to my surprise it only had an Ethernet connection, no sign of power supply. Does that mean it ran on battery for the last 4 years?

I noticed it had a 120v outlet connector on the back so I use a 120v cable plug to see if jt would turn on, and it did, which means the battery on this one is dead?

How can I replace the battery? What type of battery? There’s a unique screw on the bottom holding the AP together but I don’t have a screwdriver head to use on it. Can I leave my 120v cable on to charge the battery if that’s even possible?

Based on the information provided, it appears that one of your RUCKUS Access Points is not powering ON.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Please note, these Access Points (APs) receive power through Power over Ethernet (PoE) function. That is it receives power through the Switch Ports. There is no battery involved.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Yes it’s exactly Lennar Home Setup! Home was built in 2020. Here’s a photo of annother angle of where the AP was installed in the ceiling.
