Trying to login using the OTP email process but keep getting request failed with status code 401 when putting in the OTP received by email, maybe git it works once in every 10 attempts

Sounds like a common OTP issue. Check that your system clock is correct, try a different browser, and ensure no extra spaces when entering the code. If it keeps failing, contact Ruckus support. Steal a Brainrot
