ZF7372 PWR light blinking green

I purchased this used ZF 7372  and try to set up but PWR light keeps slowly blinking green after minuites.

I also tried to reset by pushing RESET button, but nothing has changed.

What seems to be the problem? (sorry for my English)

I am Suresh from Ruckus TAC, For a Ruckus ZoneFlex ZF7372, the Power (PWR) LED should be solid green during normal operation. A continuously slow-blinking green LED is not a normal state and may indicate the AP has not completed bootup successfully.

Recommended checks:

1. Verify power using a known-good PoE source or power adapter.
2. Check the Ethernet connection and link LEDs.
3. Perform a factory reset (hold the reset button for at least 1 minute while powered on).
4. Confirm the AP receives an IP address via DHCP.
5. If available, review boot messages through the serial console.
