Do
you know if you can migrate an existing vSZ-H instance from 1 to 3 interfaces
without affecting the cluster serial no?

How does a VAR re-rerun the setup wizard from
the cli

I used the set-factory command in the past on a vSZ-E node and turned it into a vSZ-H. The SN did not change. No changes on the VMware.

You should ask a SE and Support for advice.

use the ‘set-factory’ command in the CLI and rerun the setup wizard and add the additional interfaces in your VMware partition.

* Do not delete the instance in ESXi or
* Move the instance in VMWare/VSphere

Both of these tasks will generate a new cluster serial no.

Hi Julian,

You need to do a factory reset. To reset to factory settings of the controller system, use the following command:

ruckus# set-factory

as written in the Command Reference Guide.
