Some of my devices are not connecting to my Ruckus (ICX 7150-C12P). This seems to happen intermittently and randomly. Nothing has changed at home. Please help. Thank you!
Hi @JC

The symptoms you explained are related to the Router Code on the RUCKUS Switch, which happens after a brief power outage or power spikes.

I trust this message finds you well.
I kindly request an update on the status of the issue so that we may proceed further with resolving it.
Thank you.
Hello Imran,
I followed all of the instructions yesterday. After the Router#show flash command, I saw there was a "SPR" under the compressed sec code size line. I completed the fix ending with "Router#boot system flash secondary yes" command. This restarted Ruckus. I also restarted my AT&T modem. It seemed to work fine yesterday after doing all of this.
BUT the same random, intermittent dropping off of devices from the WiFi started again today!
Do I need a Ruckus device? How can I definitively resolve this? Thank you
Thank you for your response and the update.
Could you please provide the Command Line Interface (CLI) outputs for the following commands:
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief
Additionally, kindly share a picture of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch that clearly shows the LED status indicators and cable connections (please refer to the screenshot below for guidance).
Please help me with the Above queries and let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.
