HP 250 Win10 / R510 on vSZ Connectivity

Have an issue with Win 10 HP 250 G4 Laptops not seeing the SSID yet Android & Apple Phones are fine. Anyone any ideas?

3.4.0.0.976 on vSZ, AP Firmware is 3.4.0.0.1306. Awaiting feedback from customer re Client Side.

What internal radio is in an HP 250 G4?  What controller/version and AP model?
Nothing we're aware of on this side.
