Ruckus SmartQoS will classify most traffic seen correctly into Voice, Video, Data, Background queues.

You can see the ToS/Dot1p marking and classification from an AP support info file.  Find relevant details

in KBA-1181: Verifying QoS information in a standalone AP.  (if it doesn't appear, it will after next site update)
