Zonedirector 3000 and zoneflex r300

Question

I have zonedirector 3000 that connected to laptop and zoneflex r300 connected to zonedirector but zonedirector do not see zoneflex how can i solve this problem?

make sure ZD and R300 got correct & unique IP.
Make sure ZD & R300 are running firmware which they mutually supports..
if above all is ok then please run a CLI command via SSH on AP

set director IP

example: set director IP 1.1.1.1
