it is recommended to disable Directed Multicast/Broadcast
Hi,Could you please confirm the below details so that I can guide you the steps:1. Is this a Lennar homes setup?2. What is the AP Model.3. Unleashed version running on the AP.The above command has to be executed in AP CLI mode, do you have the AP credentials?
Yes, and Lennar home built in 2019. What is AP Model?
Hi, Sonos devices can be sensitive to certain Wi-Fi settings. Have you tried disabling AP isolation, ensuring multicast and IGMP snooping are enabled, and setting up a dedicated SSID for Sonos on 2.4GHz? Also, checking if your Ruckus AP is using band steering or client isolation might help.
I do not understand any of this. I have no idea how to do what you are talking about. I have never used my Ruckus Unleashed app. I just tried installing it on my phone but it said it was already installed but needed an update. I clicked update, but now I don't know what to click on. It's asking: Typical Set Up or Gateway Install. Under that it says Manage Network.
I don't understand any of this. I don't know what AP is. I have never used a Ruckus app. I tried downloading it and it already said installed but needed an update, so I clicked update. Now it wants me to select either Typical Install or Gateway Install. Underneath that, it says Manage Network.
