Problem with Surface Pro

Hello, Community,

I have the following problem.
Im using a Surface pro 3 and a surface pro 4 and they cant stay connected to my Ruckus r500.
They always disconnect after a while.
This Problem seems to be known but I havent found an Solution anywhere.
All Devices are up to date

We have R710 units and were experiencing constant disconnects with Surface Pro 3. We turned off VLAN pooling and the issue cleared up.

We are running smartzone 100 with R500 APs.  Have several surf pro 3 and 4s.  No problems here.

I do remember an issue related to Radius authentication at first, but firmware update to the R500 fixed that issue.

How are your surf connecting/authenticating?
