multicast across vlans not working(7850)

I feel as though I configured it but I'm not getting the expected result.7850 is running router firmwarerouter pim ip multicast active interface ve 30 ip address 10.50.30.1 255.255.255.0 ip pim interface ve 40 ip address 10.50.40.1 255...
