Thank you for the information, have tried the steps provided but no luck. I see configure.me.xxxx but when connected (no internet) , Unleashed app doesn't go any further and throwing an error.Any help is appreciated Thank you

Thank you for the follow-up. I need help setting it up. I have plugged in cable using PoE but less are not going past 2nd led... It is keep rebooting.Let me know how how to set this up.Thank you, Vasa

I do not believe that is not the case... the working AP is powering up from both locations (both cables are working and ports are enabled)
