I believe the latest firmware is ZD1200 10.4.1.0.257 (GA Refresh4) Software Release.

I have resolved this problem by first downgrading the ZD to an earlier software version (9.13.3.0.164) which allowed the controller to connect to and upgrade the firmware in the AP. William
