Ruckus SZ144 with R350

Hi,

we have a new SZ 144 and R350 AP but the AP is not getting registered with SZ 144 with the firmware version 6.1.0.0.935.

Get SCG Information

Need Help to further continue with the installation

Problem Resolved. The issue was i didn't updated the AP firmware in the Zone

Hi @RupeshKBurman 

Can you share the below details to understand more on the issue?
1. Are you able to ping the Controller IP from the AP CLI?
2. What is the firmware on the AP? You can check using the command "get version"
3.Do you have enough AP licenses on the controller? Please share the System Info page screen shot, we can check the License details of consumed and free.
4. If the firmware is old or certificate is old on the AP, then try using the below command on the controller and see if the AP is able to connect.

I have connected only one AP
