No power

Hi after going through the process and troubleshooting nothing is working. I went ahead and get an IT technician expat still nothing. It been 16 days now . What next.Thanks Adelaide

Upgrading switch from Mac

Hello, i'm trying to follow the how to guide for upgrading Lennar ICX 7150 switch to xxx.95g firmware.  I can't seem to find anything on how to do this via web GUI from a MAC. Please advise.Luke
