Resolved! WAP will not power on.

Have R510 Ruckus System with 2 ceiling mount WAP's. One WAP works and one is dark. Switched cables in main panel and bad WAP still does not power up so is not cable or main panel. The WAP is dead with no red or green lights at WAP or at cable connect...

Recent changed to a new internet provider, when trying to update the ICX switch, I logged out by accident. Have not been able to log back into the switch, and tried all of the Kenna user name and passwords with no luck. Any help will be appreciated. ...

Power went out

Power went out for 30 seconds. Now the APs are not lit up.I have unplugged and reset the main box multiple times. Still no lights on the APs.
