Reconnecting after new Wi-Fi

Hi!I have no idea if I’m connected bc the app doesn’t let me log in because i can not connect to ruckus network which does not appear. The smart home devices are all connected to the ruckus router and are not working due to this issues. Please help.

Not sure if I’m posting in the correct location. I have whatever ruckus equipment came with the Lennar Smart home package. Never had an issue until last night. Double checked with Century Link and there are no outages or issues with my service. Howev...
