WAPs are not not working correctly. Cannot access the mesh network. Cannot hard Reset

**Also WAPs are not broadcasting single that uploads

**during speed test. The download portion works, but when it goes to upload. The upload signal fails.

Good evening,

This needs to be updated and changed as the problem is not the switches,
but the main hub. Attached is everything you need to change the work order.
Or open a new one for me to be able to setup my internet and get into the
switch.

Unless you have another way for me to be able to get into this. I have
exhausted every troubleshooting option and have come to a dead end. Please
be of assistance and help as this is not something that should be this
difficult to someone who at least is somewhat knowledgeable in the
networking realm for everyday folk.

When attempting to redo factory reset, new WLAN is not registering. 

states "Username already taken" but have restarted, re reset AP unit, and disconnected to "ConfigureMe" network 4 times and same result.

I also cannot access the switch as all default username and passwords provided in  the forums does not work. I need to factory reset this switch, but it fails to do so.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in factory resetting the RUCKUS Access Points and want to log into the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the Access Points factory reset process.

As you already tried, please try to log into the Switch on the web browser using the default credential once again.

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations below as well.

If any of the above credentials don’t work, please try to factory reset the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch as described in the below VIDEO and once you perform the reset try to login with the above-mentioned default credentials again.
