Ruckus Switch stopped working

Hi, 

My ruckus device stopped working. When I plug in, the lights flash for a second on the switch and then there is no power signal. I read through the posts and it indicates we need a RMA. I raised a case and I was asked to create a post.

Could you please share the video showing the cable connecting to the switch and a working power outlet?

Thank you for the response.

Apologies, as the VIDEO you shared is not so clear and we cannot see the light status when it is connected to the power outlet.

Please refer to the EXAMPLE VIDEO from the same drive and send us similar video once again showing the working power outlet and Switch light status.

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
