One of my R510 APs power light is stuck on red. I have followed these instructions and it continues to stay red.

I did this and reconnected the AP. The red light remains on. 

Who at Ruckus should I bill for the time I’ve spent on this?

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please connect the AP with a 12 VDC Adapter ALONE. Perform the factory reset process, by pressing the reset button from a paper clip on the connected Access Point till its PWR light turns RED. Now you should see configure.me-xxxxxx Wi-Fi SSID, please connect to the same and complete the configuration on a web browser explained in the video shared in my previous link.

Apologies, effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email or remote session. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model only.

We provide support and help to the Lennar Customers on this forum on a best-effort basis.

I see from the case description you have 4 RUCKUS R510 APs, and this is the only AP that has a Red PWR light. Please confirm if other 3 Access Points are working fine and normal.

I do not have time to troubleshoot your companies product issues anymore. 

Yes the other 3 APs work fine.
