Hi @flo253

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please let me know if you have an external power adapter (12VDC) to connect to the R510 Access Point and check it separately without connecting to the Switch PoE port cable? (Please refer to the below screenshot)

Please confirm.

Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes I do.

Hi @flo253

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the confirmation.

Please unplug the ethernet cable from the PoE port of the AP and connect the AP with a 12 VDC Adapter ALONE. Perform the factory reset process, by pressing the reset button with a paper clip on AP and try connecting configure.me.xxxxxx Wi-Fi SSID broadcasted from that AP to configure and check. Please refer to the below guide and video for the factory reset process.

How to I get the AP off the ceiling? I’m trying to push the AP so the screws come loose from the mount but it’s not going anywhere. I’m over this.

Hi @flo253

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response.

You need to use a paper clip to unmount it. Please refer to the below video from 3:30 Minutes to know how to get the AP off the ceiling.
