No internet connection at switch

After a power outage we have no internet connection through the Wi-Fi network hooked up with Ruckus. The network shows up on my available networks. I have reset the switch, but doesn’t help. All the lights are green and steady on the switch and the piece on my ceiling. 

I am very technical not savvy so I need help in very simple terms. 
we do have internet service to our house as we have another router that is working through Spectrum. 
I do not have a computer. I only use my phone and an IPad.

Hi @nc 

 

To solve this issue please make sure you have internet connection from your ISP or not. Also please try to perform the physical factory reset of the access points correctly.

 

Please make sure you disconnect all other APs on the network and preform the Factory reset to the master AP that remains connected to the ICX-Switch 7150.

There is a Ethernet cord hooked from the switch to a router that is hooked to the modem. Should that remain hooked up?

Please confirm whether you have internet connection from your ISP router or not.

 

Also please perform the physical factory reset of the access points correctly.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

After unplugging the modem,router,switch and Ruckus, one more time. Everything is working!!
