My two R510 APS have died.

Hello,

I am the original owner of a Lennar home with two ceiling mounted R510 access points (one upstairs, one downstairs). As of yesterday they are both completely dead. No lights whatsoever.

I bought the house 2018, so they are roughly six years old. No issues thus far until now.

Please advise how best to proceed. Thank you!

Hi, hopefully this image will provide you with the information you need?

Hi @zacvacek

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch it is in a normal state.

Please unplug and plug the Access Points ethernet cables to any other 1 in-12 ports on the Switch (Please refer to the below screenshot) then check if they powers up.

Please check and let me know.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
