We lost power both APs aren’t receiving power after power returned. I have Reset all items several times APs and switch. I have switched cables where possible. I have attempted reboot using coms port that didn’t accept a boot load, flash attempted but failed. Boot said invalid. Not sure what I could do here.

Hi @akalala

Thank you for the information and update.

We may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

the configure. Me seems to work ok but the network after attempting a few times and create different doesn’t seem to behave at all.

Not sure I have completed the following task yet the network never really connect. It will try to connect for a while then just just times out basically.

the 2nd ap didn’t connect automatically or at all. One android device says that it failed to obtain an Ip. Also the DNS says unreachable.

Hi @akalala

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please let me know if you have factory reset only on One connected and the other APs disconnected? We have to factory reset only one connected Access Point and once we finish we have to connect back the unplugged Access Points cables.

And could you please let me know if your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is AT&T? If yes, please login into your ISP Routers account and share the screenshot showing the below information.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

Hi @akalala

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

As you mentioned your access points are not getting connected to single Unleashed system after factory reset, are you seeing Two different IP addresses for both the APs?

If yes, please log in to both the Unleashed systems and check the Unleashed Versions, both need to be on the same version in order to have a single Unleashed system with a Master AP and slave APs. (Please refer to the below screenshot to check the Unleashed Version).

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
