I have an Unleashed system with two R510 units & the latest Ruckus Unleashed application on my phone.

My home has only one Wi-Fi network, which routes thru my Ruckus R510 units.

When I try to log into my Unleashed system to try and do "system updates", I continue to get the error message " you are not connected to the network" ......... please advise detailed steps on what I need to do to get into my system and update my system (which has had no updates in 3 years).

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the Unleashed application on your smartphone.

This issue may be due to an older version of your RUCKUS R510 Access Point’s Unleashed system. Please login to your Unleashed system on a WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address or https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ and upgrade the Unleashed system as explained below.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.203 which is recently released.

Once you upgrade your ALL Access Points, please uninstall the Unleashed application and install the updated one. And try to log in.
