Have tried the steps in previous posts, and believe and RMA is the next step

After reaching out to the chat function, I was told I needed to walk through the steps here and then provide the URL with the RMA information

For further troubleshooting steps could you please provide the detailed description of the issue?

 

Also please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections.

I was able to finally get the switch to power on after swapping cords and outlets, however, connectivity issues remain. attached are the current LEDs I am seeing
