When it's working for about five minutes, R510 lights are normal pwr, 2.4 and 5 - green. The switch also has all the normal green lights. But the system then reboots after a few minutes. Once it finishes reboot, lights return to normal.

Please confirm whether the issue got resolved or not.
It seems to be stable right now. I will report back again in a couple of days if that's correct. But I can't the Switch to be controllable through Unleashed. It shows as pending, I enter the credentials, but it says the credentials are invalid. Is there an easy fix? Or should I let it be?
Please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters )
Username:admin password: Ruckus!
Username:admin password: Ruckus1
Username:admin password: Lennar
Username:super password: sp-admin

Also please share the image of the status of the switch showing in the unleashed dashboard
Thank you. See attached photo.
Re. the credentials, I was able to login to the switch IP web interface with no problem with the credentials I set through the CLI. So I'm not sure why those credentials are not working to authenticate through Unleashed.
Taking consideration that the unleashed dashboard/ application have their own credentials and to manage the access points and the switch has other credentials to manage the switch.
These are the credentials for the switch.
Usernames: Passwords:
admin sp-admin
super Lennar
lennar
ruckus
Ruckus!
Ruckus1
admin
password
Also please confirm whether you are able to login to the unleashed app using the same credentials.
Please enter to enter the correct credentials again and let us know the result.
None of those combinations work 😕 What's the next best course of action? Thank you
If the default credentials does not work we need to perform password recovery process.
For that we need physical access to the ICX-7150-Using the console connection.
Here is a short guide :
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-7150-12CP-Ruckus-Switch/td-p/46759
