RUCKUS One Cloud - Important Notice - Action Required before March 27th

Dear Valued Customer,

The RUCKUS One team will be adding a new outbound http connection, http://ocsp.godaddy.com on March 27th, 2024. If you do not currently whitelist the outbound connections from your premises, you will not be impacted. If you do, please add this new entry to your existing outbound firewall rules before March 27th, 2024 or service will be impacted.

To allow RUCKUS One to function properly, please configure your firewall to allow for outbound connectivity according to the following guidelines:

Outbound HTTPS (TCP 443) from APs and Switches to:

https://sw-registrar.ruckuswireless.com

https://ruckus.cloud

https://eu.ruckus.cloud

Outbound HTTP (TCP 80) from APs and Switches to:

http://ocsp.godaddy.com (New!)

http://ocsp.comodoca.com

http://ocsp.entrust.net

Outbound SSH (TCP 22) from APs and Switches to:

device.ruckus.cloud

device.eu.ruckus.cloud

device.asia.ruckus.cloud    

Ensure you have a DNS server configured for your network infrastructure devices. DNS is required for the access points to resolve the RUCKUS One controller names to operate properly.
