Does Ruckus Cloud Have DHCP Service

BusinessUser

My previous setup is cisco AP with WLC. The WLC is configured with DHCP function for the users and AP. Now users are planning to migrate to ruckus AP due to cost. Of course ruckus cloud is being used. If so where can I configure the DHCP services? Can it be done in ruckus cloud?

Hello @BusinessUser,

Yes, you can configure DHCP server. Here each AP or selected APs can act as DHCP server in RUCKUS One (formerly RUCKUS Cloud).

Refer the documentation below

For old UX (if your account is not yet migrated to RUCKUS One) https://docs.cloud.ruckuswireless.com/alto/master--1-200512/GUID-D441B0C7-79DA-40B6-B112-E6043EBC06B...

If you are on RUCKUS One https://docs.commscope.com/bundle/ruckusone-userguide/page/GUID-D441B0C7-79DA-40B6-B112-E6043EBC06BE...

Hi,

May my question be stupid, but don't we have to add a gateway ?
Or, the 1st adress (X.X.X.1) is stp by default ?

Thanks for advance
