Port on ICX7550 with sophos 2100 as Down

Hello Everyone, We have an ICX7550 and one of its interface to connect with Sophs XGS2100. Tried all possible option of speed speed-duplex with auto and manual to 1000mbps on far end. However it is still showing as down. Hardware/fibre cable is okay....
