AP are no more connected

Hi,
I have 4 R500 AP wich were connected not so long ago in my company.
All of them had been disconnected the same day on the same site wether other R500 are still functionnal.
My network hasn't changed.
when i got connected to the AP and "get scg" command i've got :
"SCG Service is enabled.
AP is managed by SCG.
AP is not registered in SCG.
State: DISCONNECTED
SCI is disabled.
Server List: <mySCGipAddress>
No SSH tunnel exists
Failover List: <mySCGipAddress>
Failover Max Retry: 2
DHCP Opt43 Code: 6
Server List from DHCP (Opt43/Opt52): Not found
SCG default URL: RuckusController
SCG config|heartbeat|mesh status|status intervals: 300|30|300|900
SCG gwloss|serverloss timeouts: 1800|7200

I don't understand why "AP is not registered in SCG." and i don't know why it doesn't work as i can ping my scg, no firewall rule has changed..

Any help would be wonderful.

Hi TMA,

Thankyou for reaching us.

You have issue with only 4 R500 AP's disconnection and other R500 AP's work fine on same site.

May I know if you have any working R500 connected on same switch, where we have non-working disconnected AP?

Please let us know the uplink switch or PoE device connected to the working and non-working AP's.

let us also know how the AP's are discovering the controller IP, statically or DHCP?

Are you able to ping controller IP from AP, do you have both AP and controller in same location?

Please provide below outputs from disconnected AP

get version

get dns

get rpki-cert issuer

get ap-mode

Thankyou.

Hi,
Thanks for replying my message.
Sorry if i Haven't been clear :
I have a controller which is in a cloud, it controlls many sites.
Our HQ is on 2 sites :
- one of them is perfectly functional (3AP connected out of 3)

- the other is the reason why i'm sending this message (0 AP connected out of 4)

APs are connected on 3 differents switches, but they all "disapeared" from the controller the same moment (at the exactly same minute)

They're all functioning with POE injectors, and we have not been through electrical issue.

The WLC is statically defined in AP.
From AP i can ping the controller (cloud)
