that message means you are not able to reach the ftp server somehow. Make sure that if there's a firewall all the ports are opened for this.

debe ser un problema de red como comenta Omer. Mira la configuración de la zona porque al moverse el AP a esa zona cambia la configuración y si asignas una VLAN distinta deberás comprar que puedes llegar desde donde haces el ssh/telnet....

I would try to reset the AP from CLI (ssh),
set cm reset
If still not showing you can also factory reset the unit,
set cm factory-default
To check the status,
get cm status

Hi Sergei,
you can't upgrade to 5.0 onwards and keep zones in 3.5.1. In order to do that you'll need to upgrade zones to 3.6.2 first (make sure APs support that version first), then you'll be able to move forward.
