Looks like the new ZD is running a lot *newer* firmware then your old ZD. You will have to downgrade the ZD to a perhaps a 10.1.X.X.X software version. I would consider retiring those AP's. Especially if your clients now support Wifi 6 or even 802.11...

The fact that is appears and disappears for a minute or so would push me to look at a Layer 2 /Layer 1 problem. Hopefully you are using a fully managed switch, check the logs on the switch to see if you can see any events on the port it is connected...
