Hey There,

How many bindings are present? Please note we support up to 500 DHCP bindings. If you are trying to give out more than 500 addresses, you could see the messages above.

hi ben,

Thanks for your valuable response.

we really don't understand, what is exact issue. we had upgraded the firmware ver 08.0.30fT213 to 08.0.90dT213 on 30th Jan 2021, before the upgradation we had not facing such issue.

if ICX switch have support up to 500 DHCP binding, then how its worked before.

Please let us know, how can we manage if we have more than 500 DHCP.

Every morning i have to use this command for clear binding.

ICX7450#clear ip dhcp-server binding *

in cisco - The DHCP snooping database can store upto 2000 bindings. why is limits only 500 binding in Ruckus.

Our entire IT infra connected with Ruckus devices only.

i need a solution.

Hey Bharat,

DHCP bindings and DHCP snooping are different items. The 500 maximum limit has been there for years. It may have been the case that you were just under this number and now you are reaching it. You could try to lower the lease time in an effort to churn more addresses, but if you actively have >500 users on the network at a time, this will not resolve your problem. You would need to add another DHCP server or move the service off the ICX completely. My understanding is that we are increasing this number with FastIron 9.0, but this is subject to change.  9.0 should be releasing in the next couple months.
