ICX 7250 LACP Blocked

We have had this incident yesterday where multiple LAGs went down across multiple switches. All LAG scenarios are between 7450 and 7250 switches. LACP ports were blocked and nothing showed up in the system logs. Tried bouncing the ports, resetting the LAG on 7450, but it didn't help. I couldn't perform any troubleshooting on 7250 because they were unreachable. Only solution which worked was rebooting of 7250s.

Has anyone experienced this before or any ideas what could have caused this?

This one is very hard to say. We likely we have needed to troubleshoot the issue live to attempt to give a root cause. Were the ports LACP blocked or blocked in spanning tree (two different things). Did you try to console to the 7250 during the issue? It could be high cpu, loop, etc. With that said, that is purely speculation. I would recommend opening a support case (see my signature) if this happens again or  if you would like a proper investigation.
