One of my Ruckus R510 Access Points all of the sudden stopped working and is stuck with a red light on the PWR indicator. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting provided here with trying to reset it, but was instructed it had to be returned via a RMA for replacement.
First of all I do not understand how it just stops working. The RMA support is telling me I have to send in the device and have it worked on before a new one can be sent to me, but who knows how long that will take and it is impacting my work.
Are there any other options to troubleshoot this myself? Or will other Access Points work with the Ruckus Switch? Honestly I do not want to have to deal with this cumbersome process every time there is an issue.

Hi @User123456789
Greetings!
Thank you again for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
As mentioned in another case of yours, the outlined process remains the sole method for initiating an RMA/Replacement. Nevertheless, you have alternative options available, such as utilizing another functional Access Point or connecting to your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) Wi-Fi network. Additionally, you can establish an internet connection through Ethernet wiring using any of the 12 ports on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
Please let me know if you have any other queries in this regard.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi
