R510 Connectivity after power outages

I have the same issue as many other users and this thread https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Ruckus-icx-7150-c12p-slow-af... . 

I have tried to follow the instructions on some of these 'help' threads as much as possible but figuring out command lines and IP addresses isn't the best. PLEASE OFFER ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. There has to be a solution for the non-IT folk on here. 

My switch is lit up all green. My APs light up for power but 5GZ is spotty and 2.4 is permanently amber. All of my smart home devices are connected to the ruckus network and are effectively useless due to this issue. the only way to even use Wi-Fi on my browsers is to connect directly the router from my ISP. 

This is extremely frustrating. I have been troubleshooting for days.
