My Switch rebooted after power outage and will not resend power to my AP’s

I have a ruckus switch ICX 7150-C12P. The power went out and rebooted it. I am now left with the switch having a lit up amber light on syst and a green on power. I have tried repowering the modem and the switch itself. I have also reseated all cat 5 cables to and from the switch and the AP’s. The AP’s currently have no power since the switch is POE. Does anyone have a solution to get the switch to resend out internet signal to the AP’s? Thanks a ton!

Hi @GlennJ

Based on your troubleshooting you have done, since the ICX 7150-12P is no responding even to the console connection, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.

Hi @GlennJ

When you run the command and the nothing is appearing, it's because is not detecting the USB cable, normally when you run the command will appear every external device you have connected to the MAC for example a mouse or keyboard, let me add another commands for MAC, hope at this point you have downloaded the drivers for USB connection with MAC if not will be one of the reason is not detecting the connection with USB type C cable.

USB Drivers:

https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/1413-brocade-ruckus-7150-usb-serial-driver-mac

Commands:

ls /dev/cu.*
screen /dev/tty.
ls /dev/tty.*
ls /dev/cu.usbserial-*

Check USB connections:

Click the Apple icon.
Click About This Mac.
Click More Info or System Report.
Click Hardware
Click USB

I have all drivers installed. My MacBook is not usb I have a USB-C to USB-A (usb) then a convertor to convert the USB to a C for the new MacBook port. Have you guys taken the new MacBook into consideration?

Just received the replacement switch. It works and booted up perfectly with power to all POE ports. It was here within 24 hours. Now that is amazing customer service, thank you so much.
