Internet slow after power outage

HELP!!! I work from home and had to take the day off on Friday because my internet was too slow to connect. I have 4 green lights downstairs, but only two green lights upstairs where I work from.  I’ve looked through this forum and I understand none of the instructions. Last time this happened I spoke with someone who got it working. I need working internet before Monday. Please help me.
