ICX7150-C12 Switch - PoE Fatal.

When I bought my lennar home, it came with a ruckus ICX7150-C12 Switch and a couple of AP. Yesterday without any reason the switch stopped sending power to the devices I have that need PoE. Both APs and my ring.
I accessed the console using putty and reboot the switch (multiple times) and every time at some point during the booting I start getting error:

PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.

non stop. Tried ctrl+c, quit, q!, exit…

How can I stop this non stop error message to be able to troubleshoot?

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.

 - Done 2 times. No luck

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

Remove power from the switch. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

 - For some reason I cannot factory reset the switch. I press the reset button, power back on while still holding the reset button and I dont get the blinking orange lights.

3-We need to access (physical) using one of the cables to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide:

 - I had access to the console already. This is the part that I cannot make the error message:

PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.

Hi @ingosds

I can see you are now booting properly however, I will advise performing the upgrade from the code you are to the recommended code 08095g, now like you are in a pretty old code, you need to upgrade twice, from the code you are to 08080f and then the recommended code 08095g UFI, please upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin

Here are two options to perform the upgrade.

How to Upgrade a Switch ICX-7150-C12P using a USB flash drive

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-Upgrade-a-Switch-ICX-...

How to upgrade a Switch ICX7150-C12P via TFTP

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-Upgrade-a-Switch-ICX-...

Example:

1a) device# copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 SPR08080f.bin primary

1b) device# copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 spz10114.bin bootrom

Show flash  (ensure that you have the new flash code)

Write memory

reload

Now you can go to the recommended  code:

2a) device# copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 SPR08095gufi.bin primary

device# copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 SPR08095gufi.bin secondary

Show flash  (ensure that you have the new flash code)

Write memory

Reload
