Ceiling box not working no lights on,

Switcher has two lights on a green which is power on and a yellow light which is next to system, ceiling access points are not being powered no internet access I had this problem in the past where accidentally switcher got unplugged and it was hard for access points to come alive. This recent problem was due to a one or two minute delay power outage

One idea: before assuming wiring fault, think about whether any recent ceiling modifications might interfere. For instance if a gypsum false ceiling was added or altered above, the lighting box wiring might’ve been rerouted or disturbed.
You should also check upstream power sources, fuses, connectors, and test voltage at the box. Let me know what you find and I’ll help you narrow it down.
