ICX 7650-48F Fail in HW init

JoeJMWCI
Visitor

I have an ICX 7650-48F unit that is constantly rebooting.

I have attempted a soft reset which resulted in an indefinite initializing state (sys LED blinking green).

I have also attempted recovery procedure which resulted in no success.

Below I have pasted the boot monitoring list as it shows a failure in HW init. Is this unit in need of an RMA? or was there a step I missed in attempting to recover this unit?

Did anything trigger this? It may be worth trying to recover to 8080f. If you have support, I would recommend opening a case and someone can work with you live.

Ben Beck, RCNA, RCNI, Principal Technical Support Engineer
support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us

I was not here for the installation of the unit, just here for the scripting. Initially I noticed when I tried to terminal into the unit it kept kicking me out of puTTy and rebooting so I attempted to soft reset.

Unfortunately recovering to 8080f did not resolve the issue.
Here is the updated Boot message.
