Hello Support Team,
We are currently experiencing connectivity issues in our network. Our deployment consists of Ruckus R510, H510, R650, and R550 access points, all running Unleashed firmware.
Most wireless clients are reporting frequent connection drops when accessing the internet. The internet link itself has been verified to be stable, and wired clients connected directly to the Cisco switch are not affected.
All the affected APs are connected to the Cisco switch.
Kindly advise on the cause of these connectivity issues, as they are impacting the majority of our wireless users.

I have had similar issues in the last weeks. I don't have enough data, but I would suggest to disable BSS min rate as this has caused problems to clients on the edge of the wireless cell and to put the inactivity timeout to 500 because I am not sure whether Ruckus detects all the connections.
