After factory reset an working R510, it can't be seen on staging zone of the smartzone

I factory reset the R510 which was already in use/online in Smartzone 3.6 and the AP firmware was 3.6.2.0.254. I deleted the AP from the existing zone and hoping after factory reset the AP, it will show up on the staging zone again, but it never did.

just figured out, the problem was the uplink switch. Disregard this question.

AP shows in staging zone, when it sends request to SZ. AP must know SZ IP for that (manually configured sz IP, or recieved from DHCP option 43 or DNS).
