Ruckus R500 not converting to cloud

I have a couple of R500 that are not going to the cloud. I removed them from my ZD, factory reset them, added serial numbers into the cloud portal, software version is the solo 110.0.0.0.2005. I have waited 24 hours and the APs have not contacted the cloud. Rebooted from then web interface, disabled and re-enabled the port on the switch. Still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you! we issued a new AP certificate and that fixed it.

Hi Johan,

Have you tried a factory reset after you uploaded the 110.0.0.0.2005 software on to them?

You should be able to raise a ticket with Ruckus Support to get this looked at, as the Ruckus Cloud license includes Watchdog end-user support.

Fantastic! I did suspect it might be a certificate issue, if it wasn't the above.
