Last night we had a power outage in our community and after it was restored, having issues with the two Access points attached to the ceiling (at different locations in the house).
We have powered up the main unit of Ruckus many times (we waited more than a minute before powering up the main unit during all our attempts), but the two access points are not getting any power.
Upon closely looking at the main unit, I see one green light and one amber light. Not sure if the Amber light should also be green.
Please assist resolving this whole issue. Will be very thankful. Dealing with such an issue for the first time and don't know what is the next step I should be now doing.
After downloading and installing the Advance IP Scanner, I don't see the IP address 192.168.0.23 Ruckus Wireless when I clicked the Scan button.
My RUCKUS model is: ICX 7150-C12P
