    <description>reboot the controller and wait for 10-15 minutes. Until ZD status LED is either blinking green or solid green...if you are able to login into ZD and find it not upgraded then try the process again on a different browser</description>

      <title>problems with firmware upgrade ZoneDirector 1100</title>

      <description>I tryed to upgrade ZoneDirector from&amp;nbsp;9.4.3.0.22&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;9.7.2.0.20 firmware. First of all I installed&amp;nbsp;9.5.1.0.50 firmware. After that browsers Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox couldn't open ZD ip because there was certificates problems. I opened ZD ip only in Internet Explorer. Next I started upgrading to&amp;nbsp;9.7.2.0.20. More than 1.5 hours I don't see any result. There is just 0% progress in browser. Status LED on ZD blinks red</description>
