    <description>You can't upgrade without a support entitlement. And it's been impossible to buy ZD3000 support for so long that no ZD3000 has the necessary entitlement anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since this is the vendor's forum I won't post any workaround here. But if you asked this question on Reddit or ServeTheHome forum then you'd receive help.</description>
