Hello

I have a customer who is using 2 ZD1200s in redundancy.

Recently, the customer asked me to upgrade the firmware of the ZD1200. The current firmware version is 10.4.1.0.214.

Is there a guide document that roughly explains how long it will take or the procedure to upgrade the firmware of a redundant ZD1200 to a higher version?

I need information on roughly how long it will take to upgrade, what to watch out for when upgrading firmware, etc.

Hi,

When you have ZD1200 in a Smart Redundancy, you just need to initiate the upgrade from Active, which will upgrade the Standby as well.
The upgrade process will take about 30 minutes to complete both ZD upgrades and AP upgrade.
